KEY NOTES
- Taking your instructions and giving initial advice based on the information you have provided
- Drafting Contract for Sale and any other necessary documents
- Sending Contract for Sale to the Purchaser’s Solicitor and dealing with any enquiries they have
- Providing advice on all documents and information received
- Finalising the Contract for Sale and sending to you for signature
- Agreeing to a Completion Date (the date from which the Purchaser will legally own the property)
- Exchanging Contract for Sale counterparts and notifying you this has happened
- Completing the Sale, redeeming any Mortgage and paying any Agent’s fees as well as our fees and disbursements
