  • Drafting Contract for Sale and any other necessary documents
  • Sending Contract for Sale to the Purchaser’s Solicitor and dealing with any enquiries they have
  • Providing advice on all documents and information received
  • Finalising the Contract for Sale and sending to you for signature
  • Agreeing to a Completion Date (the date from which the Purchaser will legally own the property)
  • Exchanging Contract for Sale counterparts and notifying you this has happened
  • Completing the Sale, redeeming any Mortgage and paying any Agent’s fees as well as our fees and disbursements
