Notary Services and Document Review

We are able to witness and certify documents at any time, including reviewing and signing legal and non legal documents as an eligible witness.

Please call us to make an appointment if you require a document to be witnessed or certified.

In regards to witnessing Mortgage documents, we may require a minimum of 48 hours to review these prior to signing them as they may not be compliant with the law and often require that we provide you with legal advice prior to their signing.

In the instance that you require the review of a document for legal purposes, we are able to review documents such as Supplier Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Contracts for Sale of Land, Strata Reports, Contracts for Sale of Business, Construction Contracts and other contracts and provide you with a summary and explanation of the legalities contained within these documents that you should be aware of.
